The coaching, planning, essay guidance and other services of Custom Academic Coaching, and the information on this website, are advisory and educational. They are meant to help students and families understand their options, prepare thoughtfully and make their own decisions.
Admissions decisions rest with the schools
Admission, scholarship and financial aid decisions are made solely and independently by each college, university, program or organization, using criteria and judgments we do not control and cannot fully know. Working with us does not guarantee admission to any school or program, any scholarship or financial aid award, any test score, or any other outcome, and we are not responsible for the decisions those institutions make.
The student's work is the student's own
Application essays and materials are written by the student. We help with brainstorming, structure and feedback, but we do not write applications or essays for students, and each student is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of everything submitted in their name.
Results and testimonials
Statistics, admissions lists and testimonials on this website describe past students' experiences and results, drawn from our records and from what students and families have told us. Every student is different; individual results vary, and past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.
Information changes
Admissions requirements, deadlines, testing policies, costs and aid rules change often. General information on this website may be out of date; always confirm details with the schools and organizations themselves.

Prices and package descriptions on this website are estimates, not offers. The services, fees and terms of any engagement are those in the written agreement for it.
